Our company was founded after Mr. Van Vark left Smith Micro Software following a successful sale and merger of his internet e-commerce software company. He provided transition services after the merger for the newly formed Internet Solutions Division of Smith Micro Software. While there, he was responsible for SMSI being called one of the hottest stocks on the planet, by CBS MarketWatch. When the need arose, Mr. Van Vark revived the consulting arm of that division to become the leading business unit. Once all the groundwork was in place for the company to move forward, Mr. Van Vark departed to spend more time with his family and enjoy some of the fruits of his labor. As time passed, the desire to help companies prosper grew; thus this company is formed. The skills and experience are as sharp as ever.     We have provided merger services to a number of successful clients. Often our role is to be the point person so that the communication and organization of information does not interfere with the company's ability to conduct normal business. Without someone dedicated to this function, the deals that are formed often flounder and fail. If internal people do the job, often they must ignore their normal functions. Recovery from that ignored work can be very costly both in money and market opportunities. The company can suffer severely if a point is reached that stopping the deal is the best direction. We provide engineering support for a number of companies that don't choose to pay the expensive salaries for the experience and skills we can provide them on an as-needed basis. Many of these relationships are very long term.
